When children are not children, but animals--there are a few reasons for this: total depravity, bad parenting, psychology, and evolution:

2Ti 3:4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
They should be tried as adults: their horrific crimes were that of adults. Unless they get saved, their future bodes more of this--and more people will be affected.
Where are the parents? What have they overlooked up to this point? Why would a kid bearly a teenager, even consider such heinous sexual crimes?
