Illegal Immigration Just A Way To Make More Democrats

Here's in part what Bob Shrum said about the enormous problem of illegal immigration (transcript at Rush Limbaugh):

Rush:Here is Bob Shrum, Democrat consultant and so forth. He was on Andrea Mitchell's -- NBC News, Washington -- show yesterday on MSNBC. She said, "I wanted to ask you about a report in the New York Times today. The president's going to take on immigration reform, which, of course, became impossible for George Bush. With all of his good intentions he wasn't able to accomplish it, something that John McCain has been pressuring to have some action on. Is this really going to become a priority on top of everything else that he's trying to do?"

SHRUM: Yes, I think they're going to move on immigration. I hope the Republicans fulminate against it because they'll get to the point where they won't get a single Hispanic vote. Go ahead and make my decade, turn Texas into a Democratic state.

MITCHELL: I don't know about Texas.

SHRUM: If it can happen in California, it can happen in Texas.

This is a prime example of what I've seen: politics are ONLY about the politician, NOT about the actual issues nor about what is right for this country. Forget the law! Forget principles! They just use all of us as mere pawns in their dirty, unethical, selfish little hands. They do NOT care about doing what is right and what is truly good. They don't care about the impact of illegal immigration (the closing of nearly eleven Emergency Rooms here in Southern California, not to mention the crime rate and over crowding at government schools, for example). They merely want the votes. How utterly disgusting.

God sees all they do and He WILL deal with them.

As people, we are part of this government and we should stand against such nonsense and hold the politicans' feet to the fire and demand accountability.
