So let me get this straight. You can bilk thousands of dollars from mental health patients, plead out to a lesser charge and then father a child, deny knowledge of her existence, then gets sued for support while as the deputy director of DCFS, and then get promoted to heading the whole department???

It never ceases to amaze me how indiscriminate, irrational, and corrupt people can be. And then they wonder why there's so much corruption in government and why things aren't working properly!
You hire the wrong people!
Might as well hire a fox to watch the chicken coop.
Is that fox worth the corrupt backroom deals, gov?
