I was everything against Him in my sin, in my rebellion, in my disobedience, in my lack of loving Him with all my heart, mind, soul and strength; in every way possible.
There was nothing in me to recommend me to Him. A vile sinner, He chose this to be His child.
That is love, grace, and mercy.
