"Evangelicals" Inviting Mormons To Teach

It happened again. "Evangelical" churches seem to think its a godly thing to invite Mormons into their midst to teach them.

Seriously?

2Jn 1:10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, 11 for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.

Scripture is clear, we are not to even WELCOME a false teacher like a Mormon, into our midst, otherwise God will reckon US AS PARTICIPATING IN SUCH WICKEDNESS. That necessitates that any other religion other than Biblical Christianity is not to be tolerated in our churches or among our fellowship. Period. Its not "tolerance", its not "love", to allow a person to come in and proclaim the goodness of the LDS church or to dare use Scripture to motivate a crowd (choir and all) to follow him into this Mormonistic view of politics (politics that has Mormonism as the goal).

Now, John Hagee, who is a Pentecostal that is on TBN and shares the pulpit with Word of Faithers, is a false teacher himself and an illegitimate pastor to begin with, so of course he has no discernment nor love of the Truth. Inviting Mormon Glen Beck to his church was just another confirmation. You can see the video online--the church choir sat right behind him and Hagee in his purple suit sat next to him while he preached his pseudo-politcs/religion.

There is a local mega church in my area that did this last year. The Sunday (Saturday?) School was teaching about Mormonism (apologetics, I gather), and the teacher thought it was a good idea to invite a Mormon to the class to give her Mormon testimony.

WHAT?

That should have never happened.

What they failed to see is that the Mormon used that opportunity to extol the "love" and acceptance of the cult church and at the same time complain and put down all other churches that denied help to her. She had gone from church to church seeking help. The cult of the LDS saw a golden opportunity to fulfill her "need" and thus reel her into their fold and now she sings their praises.

Except they are damned and going to Hell.

There are other issues at hand of course; what was the "need", and why was she going from church to church until she found one that said yes to her? She left that "Evangelical" church having insulted all other churches but the LDS. This is utterly shameful that she got her foot in the door and was able to promote her cult and put down all other churches at the same time.

Ecclessiology and evangelism are also issues at play here, but I don't want to get into that now. All I can say is, the Mormons know how to get inside churches now, whether its by use of politics or by some other means.

Satan isn't stupid. He knows how to get his wolves into the flock of God to start a war.

He got himself invited by the shepherds.
