Deeds that please God are inextricably constrained to doctrinal Truth and true faith:
1Jn 3:18 Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.
Heb 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Heb 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
