Jesus never "agreed to disagree" with anyone, nor did He teach us to have such a view. Rather, He dogmatically taught what is true and demands we all accept and obey the Truth. All of Scripture's teachings and commands are dogmatic, not optional, nor matters of mere personal preference (Rom. 14 is very narrow indeed and excludes all doctrine which was taught in the first 13 chapters as "personal preference").
Anything less than that is disobedience at best, and rebellion and unbelief at worst.
