Encouragement In Dark Days For Those Whose Souls Are Continually Grieved By Everything Around Them

Hab 1:2  O LORD, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you "Violence!" and you will not save?
Hab 1:3  Why do you make me see iniquity, and why do you idly look at wrong? Destruction and violence are before me; strife and contention arise.
Hab 1:4  So the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; so justice goes forth perverted.
Hab 1:5  "Look among the nations, and see; wonder and be astounded. For I am doing a work in your days that you would not believe if told.....

Many will not hear and so be saved. The road to eternal life is narrow and hard and few that find it. We must not despair when so few truly HEAR the Word of Truth although it grieves our hearts. Sometimes though, don't you get a taste of what Isaiah felt?
Joh 12:37 Though he had done so many signs before them, they still did not believe in him,
Joh 12:38 so that the word spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled: "Lord, who has believed what he heard from us, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?"
Joh 12:39 Therefore they could not believe. For again Isaiah said,
Joh 12:40 "He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, lest they see with their eyes, and understand with their heart, and turn, and I would heal them."

Those in the biblical Christ Jesus the Lord, serve the God Who Sees as well as the Almighty, Omnipotent Holy One of Israel. He sees everything, hears everything, and will act for His name's sake.
