So the band of brothers, which is a small but powerful network of Refomers, seems to yet again have more loyalty than to King Jesus.
Alistair Begg brought in false teacher Tim Keller to teach at his "Basics" pastors conference. One of the topics Keller taught was called "Satanic Exposition". How fitting considering Keller:
Rejects the biblical Creation account.
Rejects Scripture's declaration that sodomy earns Hell.
Embraces demonic evolution.
Embraces demonic eastern mysticism.
Embraces demonic Roman Catholicism.
Embraces false teachers himself like Roman Catholic Anglican C.S. Lewis.
Embraces and promotes neo-Marxism.
Promotes a false gospel.
Is the Calvinist version of Rick Warren.
For where Keller does all of this here are some links:

In the
description of Keller's topic "Satanic Exposition":
In Psalm 91, God promises that we can trust him in times of danger, but there can be great difficulty in understanding and teaching this promise. Pastors must proceed carefully as they expound God’s Word because Satan is strategic in attacking the faith of God’s people. Tim Keller encourages pastors to interpret Scripture with Scripture so that they may understand and communicate God’s Word with faithfulness and accuracy.
End quote.
Psalm 91 begins:
Psa 91:1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psa 91:2 I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
Psa 91:3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.
How is such a powerful and true passage difficulty in understanding this passage and trusting it?
2 Peter 3:16 b There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures.
It's only difficult for those who are wolves, false shepherds, and false sheep. Keller also had difficulty in dealing with sodomites. The bottom line is that Keller doesn't KNOW how to rightly handle the Word of Truth because he is not in Christ. Instead, he attacks it, causes doubt toward it. No true pastor would deal so horrifically with Ps. 91 as to start with an attack of difficulty to teach and believe! Those are thoughts and words straight from the Ancient Serpent himself.
Shame on Begg for being more loyal to wicked men than to Christ. It is through such men like himself that wolves
sneak waltz in among us and attack the faith and seek to devour believers.
Jud 1:4 For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Rom 16:17 I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them.
Rom 16:18 For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive.
2Jn 1:9 Everyone who goes on ahead and
does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.
2Jn 1:10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching,
do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting,
2Jn 1:11
for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.
The doctrines of Christ include Him as Creator and the truth of His creating by the power of His Word. Heb. 1,11, Gen.1-2, 2Peter 2, Col. 1, and Ps. 33 all teach this truth. Other passages clearly state that sodomites will go to Hell unless they are regenerated and repent.
Interestingly in Peter's warning to the sheep, he appeals to Christ as the FAITHFUL shepher:
1Pe 4:19 Therefore let those who suffer according to God's will entrust their souls to a faithful Creator while doing good.
