Only A Circumcised Heart By the Holy Spirit Can Love God and Thus Fulfill the Greatest Commandment

Mat 22:36  "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" 37  And He said to him, " 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' 38  "This is the great and foremost commandment. 39  "The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' 40  "On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."

Deu 6:4  "Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one! 5  "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6  "These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart.

Deu 30:6  "Moreover the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, so that you may live.

Eze 36:26  "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27  "I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances. 

Rom 2:28  For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh. 29  But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God. 

Rom 5:1  Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ...

5  and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
