Hope And Change? Yes, They Want To Change Marriage

The liberals are at it again, trying to redefine marriage to suit their anarchist agenda (well, that is, no one is the boss of them, but they are the boss of you who disagree).

MSNBC's Melissa Harris-Perry again strikes out at biblical, traditional marriage, with the agenda she says is:

"I suspect the real goal is to achieve a more inclusive recognition of the authentic and enduring ways that we connect ourselves to one another, without needing the words ‘husband,’ ‘wife’ or even ‘spouse.’ The difference we want this movement to make is bigger than that....“As we race to a victorious finish, it is time to begin forcefully articulating that, in fact, maybe we do want to change marriage – because while marriage should be a choice, it should not be an imperative… I hope we will be like the child who asks what difference it really makes." ~Source (bold, original)


This is indoctrination by and of liberals. Its an immature attitude that is unwise, irrational, illogical, emotional, immature, immoral, damaging, and sinful.

People cannot redefine a holy institution that God created in the beginning. We don't have the right or power. To desire it, to even ignore it, doesn't change that reality.

"Hath God said?" the ancient Serpent, the Devil, enticed Eve with, as he attacked the very authority and character of the thrice Holy God.

Yes, He did say. This is what Scripture is: God's very words given to man. Truth is knowable because the God of Truth is knowable. That is mercy and grace. Its also His standard by which He will judge everyone of us, and unless you are in Christ Jesus, you will fail the test because you have no righteousness in yourself. Only Jesus Christ is righteous and therefore HE is The way, The truth, and The life. No one comes to the Father but through HIM.

Gen 2:18  Then the LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him."
Gen 2:19  Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name.

Jesus said:

Mat 19:4  And He answered and said, "Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning MADE THEM MALE AND FEMALE, 

Mat 19:5  and said, 'FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH'? 

Mat 19:6  "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." 

Romans 1 shows us how corrupt homosexuality is and how unnatural and against the known created order God has already set up, it really is.  To try to redefine or UNdefine terms in marriage, is merely a selfish gesture that has no meaning and is ahistorical,abiological, and nonsensical. Words mean things and define thoughts, give order, give distinction to our thinking and communicating as well as an adhesiveness to our society. Perry can't even argue her point without using gender pronouns, thus proving that words are used to communicate thoughts. Take them away and you have chaos, confusion, and all manner of disorder.
