Josh Duggar is reportedly joining his sisters' lawsuit against his local Springdale, Arkansas city officials and In Touch magazine, according to new reports that claim the television personality feels publicly humiliated after those parties failed to protect his privacy.
According to TMZ, Duggar is seeking damages from local police, prosecutors and In Touch publishers because he was "victimized and forced to relive the painful and difficult circumstances of a traumatic experience as a juvenile."
Seems like he's pulling a Kathy Griffin ,after all, he's not a victim whatsoever. He's the perpetrator and he got caught. Not only did he violate the law in his sexual advances on his sisters as well as one or two other girls when a teenager (and because it was revealed years later, it wasn't like his life as a teenager was destroyed by being exposed while a minor), but he also got caught a few years ago visiting the Ashley Madison adultery website and subsequently met up with a prostitute, allegedly. Apparently he used Matthew McCarthy's California driver's license photo for Duggar's Ashley Madison account which is a crime and according to The Christian Post, is facing a lawsuit--a lawsuit that is seeking $25,000 in damages to his career as a DJ, which would make sense, as people thought he was connected to Josh and the Ashley Madison fiasco. The only victims here were his sisters and one or two other women that he molested years ago, and McCarthy. Not Duggar. Duggar is the perpetrator. His cry of victimhood shows a hard heart that won't take full responsibility of his own sin, even now. Even while claiming Christ as Lord. If one is unregenerate, then mere outward restrictions won't last long, especially as one's heart increasingly hardens. That's the real issue here. God won't be mocked. What was done in darkness was brought to light. Celebrity "Christians" can't use the name of Christ for monetary gain and fame nor can they use it to hide their sin.
I find it interesting that all the siblings who whined about the past being dredged up and who wanted it to just go away so they could go on with their lives as they had been until the police report was reported about online, are now dredging it up again themselves. That seems hypocritical.
Eph 5:11 Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them;
Eph 5:12 for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.
Eph 5:13 But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light.
Eph 5:14 For this reason it says, "Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you."
Eph 5:15 Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise,
Eph 5:16 making the most of your time, because the days are evil.
Isa 29:15 Woe to those who deeply hide their plans from the LORD, And whose deeds are done in a dark place, And they say, "Who sees us?" or "Who knows us?"
