Inaccurate (13 disciples, wrong places where things happen); Peter knows Judas is the betrayer and tries to stop him
Irreverence: Peter having little for Jesus; "Jesus" is surprised by various events like the death of Lazarus; Jesus giggles and pokes a little girl while quoting Scripture and rebuking the Pharisees
Feminist: Mary is the lone woman disciple (she roars (yes thank you Roma, ya must've listened to Katy Perry's song or the ancient Helen Reddy's song) as she defends Jesus at the cross). Roma Downey inserts Mary into various events that God never places her in. You need to realize that ancient gnosticism (New Ageism today) is HIGHLY feministic: Dame Wisdom will save humanity because man is too stupid to do it himself.
Unholy: The Jesus in this movie is the Jesus of the world, and frankly the one most "Christians" luv: one they can easily boss around, get emotional over because he gets emotional over them. He repeatedly stroks faces, sheds tears, etc. Jesus doesn't preach the Gospel and commands repentance or else face the penalty of death and Hell.
Denies the deity of Jesus: Jesus is surprised by the death of Lazarus; he gets a vision of Judas betraying him (regardless of the fact that the real Jesus never ceased to be God--rather He was (and is) omnicient; besides the fact that David prophecied about the betrayal by Judas).
In short, the "Jesus" in this unholy, anti-Christ movie is an idol that is made in the image of man. It promotes feminism, denies the inerrancy, infallability, and exacting of Scripture and its Author.
There is NO WAY that this movie can lead anyone to Jesus because this movie is about a fake one with no gospel at all.
It mocks God.
Heb 10:29 How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?
Heb 10:30 For we know Him who said, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY." And again, "THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE."
Heb 10:31 It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
